Key Terms at a Glance
A short overview of the main principles explained in the full Terms below.
Your broker account
Your trading funds remain in your own broker account.
Copy-trading service
TradeFlux provides access to an automated strategy delivered through third-party copy trading.
Performance-based fees
TradeFlux currently operates a performance-based fee model. The applicable fee and calculation terms are shown clearly before you agree.
Trading involves risk
Use of TradeFlux does not guarantee profits, and trading losses can occur.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradeFlux. By accepting these Terms, submitting a TradeFlux application, or using the service, you agree to be bound by the Terms that apply to you.
We will give you a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms before you accept them. If something here is unclear, please ask us before proceeding rather than after.
Read alongside
Where one of those documents covers a matter in more detail, it should be read together with these Terms.
2. About TradeFlux
TradeFlux provides access to an automated XAUUSD (gold) trading strategy, delivered through third-party copy trading.
What TradeFlux is not
- TradeFlux is not your broker.
- TradeFlux does not hold customer trading funds.
- TradeFlux does not operate your RoboForex account.
TradeFlux is operated by C&L GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11712068, with its registered office at Tenby Place, 102 Selby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, England, NG2 7BA.
3. Eligibility
To use TradeFlux, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
- provide accurate registration information
- meet any reasonable eligibility requirements communicated during registration
- be permitted to use the service in your location and circumstances
You remain responsible for considering whether use of the service is permitted for you. TradeFlux has not confirmed the position in every country, and being able to complete registration does not by itself mean the service is appropriate or permitted in your circumstances.
4. Customer Registration
Registration involves providing information so that we can process your application and establish and administer your TradeFlux customer relationship.
Information we may collect
- name
- email address
- country of residence
- telephone number
- trading experience
- risk information
- planned trading balance
- account preference
5. Customer Information
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- notifying TradeFlux where your information materially changes
These responsibilities relate to the information you provide to TradeFlux directly. They do not give TradeFlux any access to, or control over, your RoboForex account.
6. RoboForex and Third-Party Services
TradeFlux and RoboForex are separate services. To use the TradeFlux copy-trading strategy, you may need a suitable RoboForex account.
RoboForex controls
- its own customer accounts
- broker onboarding and verification
- deposits and withdrawals
- trading infrastructure and the copy-trading platform
- the execution environment
- its own terms and policies
You remain subject to RoboForex's own requirements, and TradeFlux cannot guarantee the continued availability of third-party services.
7. Connecting to the TradeFlux Strategy
Connecting to the strategy is something you complete yourself, at your broker. In outline:
- TradeFlux provides you with a link to the TradeFlux strategy on RoboForex.
- You open RoboForex separately and subscribe to the TradeFlux copy-trading strategy there.
- TradeFlux may ask you to confirm that you have completed the broker-side process.
TradeFlux does not request your broker password and does not log in to your RoboForex account. Because the subscription is made at the broker, we may rely on your confirmation that it has been completed.
8. Customer Funds and Broker Account
Your trading funds remain in your own broker account at all times. TradeFlux does not take custody of customer funds.
Deposits, withdrawals and the management of your broker account remain your responsibility, exercised directly with your broker.
9. The Automated Trading Service
The TradeFlux strategy operates through third-party copy-trading infrastructure. Trading decisions may be generated automatically.
- Market conditions can change, and the strategy can behave differently as they do.
- Trades can result in profits or losses.
- Execution may differ between accounts.
- Your results may differ from published TradeFlux performance.
- Automated trading does not eliminate risk.
TradeFlux does not guarantee execution, and does not guarantee that any two customers will see identical results.
10. Fees and Charges
TradeFlux currently presents its service on a performance-based model:
- Performance-based
- 25% of eligible profit
- Charged weekly
How fees are handled
- The applicable performance fee is disclosed clearly before activation.
- The fee is calculated weekly and deducted automatically through the RoboForex copy-trading system.
- You will not be charged a fee that has not been disclosed to you.
11. Payments
Where amounts become payable to TradeFlux:
- you are responsible for providing valid payment information where required
- charges should match the terms you accepted
- payment records should be available through the relevant service or account, where implemented
If a charge appears not to match what you agreed, please contact us so we can look into it.
12. Trading Risk
Trading involves risk, and we would rather state that plainly than leave it in the background.
- Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses.
- Losses can occur.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Automation does not remove risk.
Please consider this carefully. You remain responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for your circumstances. If losing the capital you allocate would cause you material difficulty, this type of service is unlikely to be right for you. Our Disclaimer covers this in more detail.
13. Customer Responsibilities
To use the service as intended, we ask that you:
- provide accurate information
- keep that information reasonably current
- understand the risks involved
- maintain a suitable broker account
- comply with RoboForex's own requirements
- understand your own broker settings sufficiently
- use the service lawfully
- not misuse TradeFlux systems
14. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- use TradeFlux for unlawful purposes
- attempt unauthorised access to TradeFlux systems
- interfere with the operation of the website or service
- introduce malicious software
- impersonate another person
- provide materially false information
- copy, reverse engineer or exploit proprietary TradeFlux technology, except where permitted by law
- misuse TradeFlux intellectual property
15. Service Availability and Changes
TradeFlux aims to provide reliable access to its website and service. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Possible causes of interruption
- maintenance
- technical faults
- third-party systems
- broker or platform outages
- internet connectivity
- market infrastructure
- security events
- events outside reasonable control
TradeFlux may make reasonable changes to improve, maintain or protect the service. Where a change materially affects customers, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it appropriately.
16. Suspension and Termination
TradeFlux-controlled services may reasonably be delayed, restricted, suspended or terminated in circumstances such as:
- material breach of these Terms
- fraud or suspected unlawful activity
- security concerns
- materially false information
- failure to meet required onboarding conditions
- non-payment of valid amounts due
- discontinuation of the service
- legal or compliance necessity
You may also stop using the TradeFlux service. Because the copy-trading subscription sits at your broker, ending it is done through RoboForex.
17. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by these Terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Where a right to cancel or to a refund applies to you, these Terms are not intended to remove it.
How to cancel
- You can pause or stop copying the TradeFlux strategy at any time, directly in your RoboForex account.
- To end your TradeFlux customer relationship, contact TradeFlux at hello@tradefluxea.com or through our Contact page.
- There is no setup fee or monthly subscription fee to cancel under the current model.
Any performance fee already validly arising under the service remains governed by the Performance Fee Terms.
18. Intellectual Property
TradeFlux website content, branding, strategy-related materials, reports, software and other proprietary material may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You receive the limited right needed to use the service for your own personal use. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised, you should not copy, redistribute, sell, license, publish or reverse engineer TradeFlux proprietary materials.
Materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing here claims ownership of them.
19. Liability and Customer Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeFlux is not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside its reasonable control, such as:
- market movements
- independent broker systems
- third-party infrastructure
- internet outages
Where something goes wrong on our side, we would prefer to hear from you and put it right. Please get in touch through our Contact page.
20. Privacy, Changes to Terms and Contact
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the TradeFlux Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Changes to these Terms
TradeFlux may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects customers, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. The version published on the TradeFlux website shows its Last Updated date at the top of the page.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the relationship between you and TradeFlux are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the TradeFlux service.
