Refunds at a Glance
A short overview of the main principles explained in the full policy below.
Broker funds are separate
Money held in your RoboForex account is not held by TradeFlux.
Trading losses are not TradeFlux payments
A trading loss in your broker account is different from a fee paid to TradeFlux.
Valid billing errors will be reviewed
If you believe TradeFlux has charged an incorrect or duplicate amount, contact us so it can be investigated.
Your legal rights remain
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove refund or cancellation rights that apply under applicable law.
1. About This Policy
This Refund Policy covers refunds relating to amounts actually charged or received by TradeFlux.
It does not govern
- RoboForex deposits
- RoboForex withdrawals
- customer trading losses
- broker charges
- third-party broker transactions
Those matters sit with the relevant broker or provider, and are handled under their terms rather than ours.
2. TradeFlux's Current Fee Model
TradeFlux currently presents its service using a performance-based fee:
- 25% of eligible profit
- charged weekly
The fee calculation and settlement mechanics are set out in full in the Performance Fee Terms, and you will not be charged a fee that has not been disclosed to you.
3. Trading Losses Are Not Refundable Payments
A trading loss occurring in your own broker account is not money paid to TradeFlux. It is a trading outcome within your broker account rather than a payment made to TradeFlux, and therefore cannot be refunded by TradeFlux.
Similarly, the following are not TradeFlux fees unless TradeFlux itself separately charged them:
- broker spreads
- broker commissions
- swap or financing charges
- broker account charges
Questions about those charges are matters for your broker.
4. Broker Deposits and Withdrawals
Your funds remain with your broker throughout, and TradeFlux does not take custody of them.
Handle these with RoboForex
- deposits
- withdrawals
- withdrawal delays
- broker balances
- broker account restrictions
5. Incorrect or Duplicate TradeFlux Charges
Please contact us if you reasonably believe that:
- you were charged twice
- the amount charged differs from the amount disclosed to you
- a payment was taken in error
- a payment was attributed to the wrong account or customer
We will investigate legitimate billing concerns. We cannot promise a particular outcome before looking into it, but we can promise to look into it properly and explain what we find.
6. Performance-Fee Disputes
If you question how a performance fee was calculated, we will review the relevant calculation records against the Performance Fee Terms and explain the basis used. The purpose is transparent reconciliation — showing you the working — rather than defending the figure by default.
7. Cancelling the TradeFlux Service
Stopping future participation and seeking a refund of something already charged are two separate things, and it helps to treat them separately.
You may decide to stop using TradeFlux at any point.
- You can pause or stop copying the TradeFlux strategy at any time, directly in your RoboForex account.
- To end your TradeFlux customer relationship, contact TradeFlux at hello@tradefluxea.com or through our Contact page.
- There is no setup fee or monthly subscription fee to cancel under the current model.
Separately from the above, the broker-side copy relationship is managed through RoboForex and is subject to RoboForex's functionality and terms. Ending one does not automatically end the other, so please check both.
8. Fees Already Accrued
Whether an amount already charged or accrued is refundable will depend on the reason for the request, the applicable fee terms, the circumstances and any rights provided by applicable law.
An incorrectly calculated fee is a different matter from a correctly calculated fee for a service period that has already been completed, and the two will be treated differently.
We are not stating a blanket position here, because the right outcome depends on the specific circumstances of your request.
9. How to Request a Review
Please contact TradeFlux through our Contact page and include enough information for us to identify:
- your name and contact details
- the payment or charge in question
- the date
- the amount
- why you believe it needs review
10. Review and Response
We aim to review refund and billing enquiries fairly and within a reasonable time. If we need further information to investigate properly, we will ask for it, and we will tell you where things stand rather than leaving an enquiry open without explanation.
11. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, TradeFlux will arrange it using an appropriate available method.
Once a refund has been issued, the time before the funds appear can depend on external payment providers or banks, which is outside our control. We will confirm when the refund has been sent from our side.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a TradeFlux charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate it. In most cases that is the quickest route to resolving it, and it lets us correct a genuine error directly.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law.
13. Statutory Rights, Changes and Contact
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a right to cancel or to a refund applies to you under applicable law, this policy is not intended to override it.
Changes to this policy
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Where a change materially affects customers, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it. The version published on the TradeFlux website shows its Last Updated date at the top of the page.
