Key Disclaimer Points
A short summary of the key principles explained in the full Disclaimer below.
Information, not advice
Website information is general in nature and is not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Capital at risk
Trading leveraged products can result in losses and may not be suitable for everyone.
No guaranteed results
Past or historical performance does not guarantee future performance.
Third-party services
Broker and copy-trading services are provided separately by third parties such as RoboForex.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Disclaimer applies to your use of the TradeFlux website and services, and to the information we publish through them.
What it covers
- use of the TradeFlux website
- information published by TradeFlux
- TradeFlux services
- associated reports, performance information and communications
This Disclaimer is intended to be read together with the other TradeFlux policies and agreements that apply to you, including our Privacy Policy and AML Policy. Where a specific agreement covers a matter in more detail, that agreement should be read alongside this page.
2. Information Only — No Personalised Financial Advice
Information published on the TradeFlux website is provided for general informational purposes. It is written for a general audience and does not take account of any individual's objectives, financial situation or particular needs.
TradeFlux does not provide personalised
- financial advice
- investment advice
- trading advice
- legal advice
- tax advice
Nothing published on the TradeFlux website should be treated as personalised financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or as a personalised recommendation based on your individual circumstances.
If you are unsure whether something is appropriate for you, you may wish to obtain independent professional advice. Section 12 covers this further.
3. No Offer or Solicitation
Information on the TradeFlux website should not automatically be interpreted as any of the following, where such an interpretation would be inappropriate or unlawful in your circumstances:
- an offer
- a solicitation
- a personal recommendation
- an invitation to enter into a transaction
Whether and how you may use a service of this kind can depend on where you are and on your own circumstances. You remain responsible for considering that before proceeding.
4. Trading and Capital Risk
Trading involves risk. This is the most important thing to understand before participating, and we would rather state it plainly than leave it in the background.
- Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses.
- You may lose some or all of the capital you allocate to trading.
- Trading may not be suitable for every person.
- You should make sure you understand the risks involved before participating.
5. Past Performance and No Guarantee of Future Results
Past performance is not a reliable guarantee of future results, and should not be treated as a promise or a forecast.
- Historical results can change materially under future market conditions.
- Profitable periods may be followed by losing periods.
- Drawdowns and losses are part of trading risk, not an exception to it.
Where performance information is displayed elsewhere on the TradeFlux website, please consider it together with the methodology, the period it covers and the accompanying risk information, rather than in isolation.
6. Automated and Copy-Trading Risk
TradeFlux provides access to an automated trading strategy delivered through third-party copy trading. Automation changes how trades are placed; it does not remove market risk.
Automated and copy-trading systems
- can experience losses
- can behave differently as market conditions change
- can be affected by execution conditions
- can be affected by connectivity, platform or broker conditions
- do not remove market risk
- do not guarantee that every customer's results will be identical
Your own results may differ from published strategy results. Differences can arise from factors outside TradeFlux's direct control, including the timing of your subscription, your account settings, and conditions at your broker.
7. TradeFlux Does Not Hold Customer Funds
TradeFlux provides access to an automated trading strategy delivered through third-party copy trading. It does not take custody of customer trading funds.
This means decisions about deposits, withdrawals and the operation of your broker account remain yours, exercised through your broker.
8. RoboForex and Other Third-Party Services
Using TradeFlux involves independent third-party services, including RoboForex.
- TradeFlux and RoboForex are separate services, operated separately.
- RoboForex controls its own customer accounts, onboarding, platforms and broker services.
- Customers remain subject to RoboForex's own terms, policies and account requirements.
- TradeFlux does not control RoboForex's systems, execution environment or operational decisions.
9. Third-Party Links
The TradeFlux website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We may provide those links for convenience, reference, broker onboarding, copy-trading access, or additional information.
Third-party websites are controlled by their respective operators, not by TradeFlux. We cannot guarantee their availability, their content, their security, the continued accuracy of what they publish, or the policies they apply.
The presence of a link does not mean TradeFlux endorses everything appearing on the linked website. We would encourage you to read the terms and policies of any third-party site you use.
10. Accuracy and Completeness of Information
TradeFlux aims to keep the information on this website accurate and current, and we take that aim seriously. Even so, information may:
- change over time
- become outdated
- contain inadvertent errors
- be updated without immediate notice
We cannot guarantee that every item of website content will always be complete, current or error-free. If you notice something that appears to be wrong, please tell us through our Contact page — we would rather hear about it and correct it.
11. Website and Service Availability
TradeFlux aims to maintain reliable website and service availability. Uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed, and interruptions may occur from time to time.
Possible causes of interruption
- planned or unplanned maintenance
- technical faults
- internet connectivity
- third-party infrastructure
- broker or platform availability
- security measures
- events outside our reasonable control
Interruptions can affect the website, TradeFlux services, or the operation of the strategy itself. Where an interruption affects our services, we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal operation.
12. Customer Responsibility and Suitability
You remain responsible for deciding whether participating in TradeFlux is appropriate for your own circumstances.
Matters worth considering
- your financial circumstances
- your risk tolerance
- your trading experience
- your ability to withstand losses
- your understanding of leveraged trading
Where appropriate, you may wish to obtain independent professional advice before proceeding.
Our registration process asks questions about your experience and risk preferences. This helps us understand who we are working with and shape the information we provide. It is not a formal suitability assessment, and it does not replace your own judgement about whether this service is right for you.
13. Tax, Legal and Regulatory Matters
Laws, tax treatment and applicable rules may vary depending on your country and your individual circumstances.
TradeFlux does not provide personalised tax advice or legal advice. You remain responsible for understanding the obligations that apply to you, and you may wish to seek appropriate independent professional advice about your own position.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeFlux is not responsible for losses arising solely from matters outside its reasonable control. These may include third-party systems, broker services, internet infrastructure, and market movements.
Where something goes wrong on our side, we would prefer to hear from you and address it. Please get in touch through our Contact page.
15. Changes and Contact
This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time to reflect:
- changes to TradeFlux services
- changes to website content
- operational changes
- legal and compliance developments
The version published on the TradeFlux website should be treated as the current one. We recommend reviewing it periodically, and checking the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page.
